  • Founded a creative marketing agency specializing in video, image compositing, and experiential marketing activations.
2007
  • Took my talents back to Miami
  • Developed strategy with a hybrid lens to merge digital expertise, creative thinking, and experiential marketing. Uncovered insights to spur the development of innovative, integrated, cross-platform experiences that drove key engagement goals.
2010
  • Director of Interactive & Social Media Marketing
  • Built and managed a center of excellence focused on digital and social content creation and media distribution for Fortune 500 brands—coordinated and produced award-winning digital campaigns with superior brand engagement.
2013
  • Director of Digital Products & Innovation
  • Directed social, creator marketing, creative, and product strategies for key clients, social platforms, original content, and technology solutions. Led group to develop Amex’s award-winning #PassionProject, a movement to support creators/doers, and Google’s enterprise big data analytics initiative to quantify SOV for Google’s B2B product lines to influence real-time engagement efforts.
2014
  • VP of Creative & Content Studio
  • Established and led a global cross-functional team of strategists, creatives, agency producers, creators, technologists, business managers, and artists with a mission to advance storytelling through the use of new media and technology.
  • Authored the creative concept and content strategy for episodic video series Verizon and Kevin Hart's #3xMVP and Coors Light's "Soundtrack Docu-Series," with hundreds of MMs in views and social engagement and exponential increases in brand awareness.
  • Co-developed the creative strategy, key visuals, and through-the-line initiatives for the Mtn DEW x NBA brand partnership launch, resulting in successful digital and social strategy, TVC, and consumer engagement activations.
  • Led and managed the strategy development of Coors Light's "Soundtrack Docu-Series," yielding 100M+ impressions by highlighting the unique sounds of hip-hop in CL's six key markets.
